La mia ragazza si è presentata presso questo negozio a richiedere un colore da campionario, non sono stati chiari nel dire che il colore veniva prodotto appositamente per lei e che quindi non si poteva cambiare idea, nel mentre ha richiesto un cambio di tonalità, è stata cacciata a malissimo modo dicendogli di non tornare mai più.
Ora , se gli fosse stato spiegato con calma che il colore era stato prodotto apposta per lei mia morosa l'avrebbe tranquillamente acquistato.
Imparate a trattare con la clientela ad aver pazienza e ad essere più chiari soprattutto con chi magari non è del campo.
