Ho acquistato un appartamento nella residenza Canaletto a Pordenone nel 2012 e ad oggi abbiamo ancora delle problematiche da sistemare. Seppur alcune erano evidenti da subito anche a non esperti l’impresa si e’ rifiutata di sistemarle. Abbiamo dovuto pagare noi un perito perche’ redigesse una relazione tecnica e cominciassero a sistemare alcune anomalie/mancanze ..e grazie alla relazione tecnica di questo perito siamo venuti a sapere che non era stata redatta anche parecchia documentazione tecnica ed alcune cose non erano state fatte a norma di legge. Ad oggi (2019) hanno sistemato molte cose ma purtroppo non tutto e ci mancano delle certificazioni che avremmo dovuto avere gia’ all’atto dell’acquisto per legge !!! Per esempio non abbiamo la dichiarazione di conformita’ del camino della centrale termica ! E l’impresa non risponde ai solleciti del nostro amministratore !!! Vediamo come andra’ a finire, ma per ora sconsiglio vivamente. Peccato perche' le finiture e la cura di alcuni dettagli sono invece da piu' stelle. Sorry to say that I have not had a positive experience. I purchased an apartment in the Canaletto residence in Pordenone in 2012 and today we still have problems to fix. Although some were immediately obvious even to non-experts, the company refused to fix them. We had to pay an expert because we 'could draw up a technical report and began to fix some faults / deficiencies ..and thanks to the technical report of this expert, we learned that they were not was not even drawn a lot of technical documentation and some things were done according to law. To date (2019) they have fixed many things but unfortunately not everything and we lack the certifications that we should have already had when purchasing by law !!! For example we do not have the declaration of conformity of the chimney of the thermal power plant! And the company does not respond to reminders of our administrator !!! Let's see how it will end, but for now I strongly advise against it. It's a pity because the finishes and the care of some details are from more stars.

Il Sig Frare Evaristo è un professionista che dedica tutto il suo tempo a lavoro. Corretto, leale e di sani principi morali. Un uomo di cui fidarsi. Quando ti dice una cosa, quella è. La casa che ho acquistato è fatta veramente bene ed è stata un'ottima scelta. A mio avviso (ho conosciuto altre imprese che costruiscono nella nostra zona) sono la migliore impresa. I materiali che utilizzano sono di alta qualità, i tempi vengono rispettati ed il prodotto finale è di altissimo livello. I recently purchased a house from CF Costruzioni and I am very happy with it. Serious, reliable and speaking people. Mr. Frare Evaristo is a professional who devotes all his time to work. Correct, loyal and of sound moral principles. A man to trust. When it tells you something, that is. The house I purchased is really well made and it was a great choice. In my opinion (I have known other companies that build in our area) they are the best company. The materials they use are of high quality, the times are respected and the final product is of the highest level.

Ho avuto un’esperienza molto positiva. Partendo dalla professionalità del Sig. Frare titolare dell’azienda e del figlio Stefano. Da appassionato ho assistito alla costruzione dello stabile fin dall’inizio dei lavori e ho notato la precisione del capo cantiere. Le finiture dei pavimenti in rovere, gli infissi in legno con triplo vetro, i terrazzi con parapetto in vetro e le varie tecnologie (ricircolo aria con VMC, riscaldamento a pavimento, pannelli solari e fotovoltaici ecc.. ) sono ottime.
