Molto velocemente mi hanno risposto che era disponibile, quindi mi sono recata li e l’ho acquistata. Il signore che mi ha seguito, credo fosse il titolare, è stato gentilissimo, ed ha risposto a molte nostre domande riguardo alcune bici che stavamo osservando. Quando dovrò cambiare bicicletta, credo proprio che tornerò qui.

I emailed this shop to find out if they had a bag for the bike I was looking for. Very quickly they replied that it was available, so I went there and bought it. The gentleman who followed me, I think he was the owner, was very kind, and answered many of our questions about some of the bikes we were looking at. When I have to change bikes, I really think I'll come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato telescopico il giorno 1, il giorno 2 è stato spedito, purtroppo c'è stato un disguido sull'indirizzo di spedizione. Il ciclobottega si è attivato subito in maniera molto efficace riuscendo a sistemare la cosa coi corrieri. Apprezzabile la tempestività nell'evadere l'ordine ma ancora di più nel risolvere il disguido. Completamente soddisfatto!

Ordered telescopic on day 1, day 2 was shipped, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding on the shipping address. The ciclobottega was immediately activated in a very effective way, managing to settle the matter with the couriers. The timeliness in processing the order is appreciable but even more in resolving the problem. Completely satisfied!
