Mi sono rivolto a loro per un semplice tagliando alla mia bicicletta e mi è stato detto che in un paio di giorni, la bici sarebbe stata pronta. Non avendo ricevuto nessuna chiamata dopo due settimane, mi presento al negozio e mi viene detto che la bici non era pronta e che non mi avevano chiamato perché avevano perso il bigliettino di riferimento. Finalmente, dopo un mese, sono riuscito a riavere la mia bici, e come se non bastasse, non è nemmeno stata propriamente sistemata, in quanto, solo uno dei due freni funziona regolarmente. Having not received any calls after two weeks, I go to the shop and am told that the bike was not ready and that they had not called me because they had lost the reference card. Finally, after a month, I managed to get my bike back, and as if that weren't enough, it wasn't even properly fixed, as only one of the two brakes works properly. Not recommended

Dopo aver esposto il problema al titolare, in maniera garbata, lo stesso ha proseguito a fare le sue attività non curandosi del sottoscritto e a mia successiva richiesta mi è stato detto, in maniera del tutto sgarbata, che non sono perito in materia e quindi non posso discutere con chi ne sa di più (non riporto le parole reali ma sono un breve riassunto di modo che il concetto risulto chiaro anche se il canale esplicativo non voleva esserlo). Rimango con il mio prodotto difettato e senza aver avuto possibilità di comprendere l'entità del peroblema per più di 60 secondi. I was searching for a shop in Veneto building custom steel frames and discovered Galetti. I liked that they are close to where I live and that there is a deep history of cycling associated with the Galetti name. Through email and face-to-face meetings, Max and discussed different components for the bike as well as colors for the frame. Max gave me updates on the building and painting of the frame and the final assembly. When I saw the photos and finally saw the bike at the shop, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Max has been available to make minor changes to get the fit dialed in. The customer service has been great. I’m happy with my purchase of a bike that will provide great memories of Italy for years to come.
