Poca attenzione alle regole di distanziamento covid perché volevano servire più persone contemporaneamente, prezzi poco trasparenti perché chiedo una porzione e invece di farmi pagare secondo listino, viene pesata e fatta pagare molto di più. Suggerisco di far pagare un prezzo fisso a porzione. decent frying but it tasted a little too much salt. Il repertorio di base ( folletti, mazzancolle in sale, seppie in umido e la frittura) sempre ottimo. Oggi abbiamo provato il tonno in crosta di pistacchio e la crema di dentice...favolose! Sublime! Frittura gustosa e asciutta (fatto il bis con più gamberetti). Assaggio di gamberi in 'saor' da leccarsi i baffi. I folpetti sono morbidissimi con l'aglio e prezzemolo giusti. Catering per la festa dei miei genitori eccezionale! Provare per credere…e tornerete ancora e con sempre più persone!
