Gentilissimi e molto competenti, oltre a risolvere il problema mi hanno anche dato ottimi consigli. Efficienti e veloci nelle riparazioni ma soprattutto onestissimi (sia sulle sostituzioni necessarie che sui prezzi). Ci tornerò sicuramente, anche nel caso dovessi comprare una nuova bici vista la vasta scelta che hanno a disposizione.
I was there two weeks ago for a repair on my MTB and I must say that I am really satisfied! Very kind and very competent, in addition to solving the problem they also gave me excellent advice. Efficient and fast in repairs but above all very honest (both on necessary replacements and on prices). I will definitely be back, even if I have to buy a new bike given the wide choice they have available.
