I montatori (bravissimi tra l’altro), hanno visto una maniglia difettata per cui non l’hanno messa e consegnata a chi di dovere per la sostituzione (ho avvisato anche io per sicurezza chi di dovere dicendomi che sarebbe stata sostituita). Siamo a Dicembre’21 e della maniglia nulla.. Ho scritto per avere informazioni ma niente. Avevamo anche ordinato una lampada ma anche qui il nulla totale. Peccato perché hanno degli arredi molto belli, ma sicuramente dopo questa esperienza andremo da altre parti. Purchased a bedroom in January 21. Arrived and assembled in May'21. The fitters (very good by the way) saw a defective handle so they did not put it on and delivered it to the appropriate person for replacement (I also warned those in charge for safety, telling me that it would be replaced). We are in December 21 and nothing about the handle .. I wrote for information but nothing. We had also ordered a lamp but here too the total nothing. Too bad because they have very nice furnishings, but surely after this experience we will go elsewhere.

Consigliatissimo! Consiglio in pieno perché la consulenza di Chiara é stata ottima, ha capito subito quello che volevamo ed eccoci quest'oggi consegnato tavolo e sedie, tutto bellissimo anzi che dico SPETTACOLARE..... Ho scelto Casalogo per la competenza e la professionalità di Chiara, ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze e rispettando il nostro budget ci ha fornito la miglior soluzione, la sua professionalità è stata determinante per la scelta del mobilificio a cui affidarci. Casalogo offre un notevole numero di marche e di scelte e la capacità di progettazione di Chiara nel mixarle è stata fondamentale. Non attribuisco la quinta stella in quanto il servizio di consegna e montaggio non è dello stesso livello di quello della progettazione, i tempi sono molto lunghi per avere assistenza è necessario contattare molte volte e sollecitare, a dir la verità sono ancora in attesa per una sistemazione, non si ha certezza che gli appuntamenti siano rispettati sicuramente un aspetto dal mio punto di vista da migliorare. I chose Casalogo for Chiara's competence and professionalism, she listened to our needs and, respecting our budget, provided us with the best solution, her professionalism was decisive for the choice of the furniture factory to entrust us with. Casalogo offers a considerable number of brands and choices and Chiara's design ability in mixing them was fundamental. I do not attribute the fifth star as the delivery and assembly service is not at the same level as that of the design, the times are very long to get assistance you need to contact many times and solicit, to tell the truth they are still waiting for an accommodation , there is no certainty that the appointments are respected, certainly an aspect to improve from my point of view.
