★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato la bici per dei piccoli lavori di manutenzione tra cui filettare il foro per il portapacchi specificando che la bici viene utilizzata per cicloturismo. e senza avvisare hanno fatto un foro aggiuntivo sul telaio (una cosa ASSOLUTAMENTE DA NON FARE) senza nemmeno pensare di dover chiedermi se potevano farlo, ora la bicicletta è compromessa, per quanto riguarda gli altri lavori, ingrassatura freni regolazione del gioco del manubrio ecc fatti male senza nemmeno pulire la bicicletta cosa che normalmente si fa ancora prima di iniziare. assolutamente non professionali secondo me. e ho pure pagato per farmi rovinare la mia amta bicicletta con cui ho percorso decine di migliaia di chilometri.

il lavoro non mi è piaciuto da subito ma non è mia abitudine fare recensioni, mi limito a non andare piu in un negozio, ma aver visto dopo aver smontato il portapacchi che il foro era stato fatto da voi ho deciso di fare la recensione. vorrei vedere come potreste risolvere un foro fatto col trapano sul telaio. provate a chiedere a qualsiasi professionista se è una cosa che si puo' fare.
I brought the bike for some small maintenance work including threading the hole for the luggage rack specifying that the bike is used for cycle tourism. and without warning they made an additional hole on the frame (something ABSOLUTELY NOT TO DO) without even thinking of having to ask me if they could do it, now the bicycle is compromised, as regards the other works, greasing brakes adjusting the handlebar play etc. hurt without even cleaning the bike which is normally done even before starting. absolutely unprofessional in my opinion. and I also paid to have my beloved bicycle ruined with which I traveled tens of thousands of kilometers.

I didn't like the work right away but it's not my habit to do reviews, I just don't go to a shop anymore, but having seen after disassembling the luggage rack that the hole had been made by you, I decided to do the review. I'd like to see how you could fix a drill hole in the frame. try to ask any professional if it is something that can be done.

Possible application, (Protected Category) The owner Nicola asks me for my personal travel story in a social key. He sets a meeting for me, with haste and little confidentiality.
I fulfill the request with commitment and professionalism, a trip to Argentina and I deliver the requested work.
I don't get any response, after several attempts he denies and slips away.
On his site "bicibrianza" the closeness to the social is highlighted "ONLY IN WORDS", many people who contribute in the social sector do NOT need to highlight it. They just do it.

Qui non troverete ambienti asettici, biciclette da esposizione e venditori che non sanno neanche il tipo di prodotto da vendere e per chi deve essere. Non esiste superficialità ed alla richiesta di un tagliando globale...il risultato è tagliando globale!, non una bicicletta come neanche consegnata! (Esperienza in un noto negozio di bici)
Qui due ragazzi amano il loro lavoro e la sincerità li guida.
Insomma, per una bicicletta bilanciata...rivolgetevi a loro, ne sarete contenti e sicuri sulle vostre bici.
