★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBILE esperienza. La mia ragazza ha comprato una bici usata in questo negozio per quasi 100€ il mese scorso. Al momento dell'acquisto non ha testato la bici aspettandosi una bici funzionante ( grandissimo errore ). Dopo alcuni giorni ho usato io la bici e ho notato che, il freno posteriore non funzionava per nulla, quello anteriore riusciva a malapena a rallentare la bici e i pedali si bloccavano. Quando sono andato al negozio per far rettificare i problemi riscontrati mi é stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare perché sull'usato non c'é garanzia (la garanzia per legge si applica anche sull'usato se viene da un negozio )ed é come comprare al mercatino dell'usato. Sono andato via senza avergli fatto aggiustare i vari problemi ( non mi sono fidato di fargli fare i lavori ) e ho portato la bici da un vero professionista che in poco tempo ha rettificato tutti i problemi. Assolutamente da evitare. Terribile
 TERRIBLE experience. My girlfriend bought a used bike at this store for almost € 100 last month. At the time of purchase he did not test the bike expecting a working bike (big mistake). After a few days I used the bike and I noticed that the rear brake did not work at all, the front brake could barely slow the bike down and the pedals crashed. When I went to the store to rectify the problems I encountered, I was told that I would have to pay because there is no guarantee on the used (the warranty by law also applies to the used one if it comes from a store) and it's like buying at flea market. I left without having made him adjust the various problems (I didn't trust him to do the work) and I took the bike to a real professional who quickly rectified all the problems. Absolutely to be avoided. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima posizione con ampio parcheggio per poter caricare e scaricare le biciclette, un negozio con un gestore dalla grande passione e fortissima competenza, che sa consigliarti al meglio per qualunque esigenza.
Ci ho avuto a che fare diverse volte per qualche pezzo di ricambio e manutenzione ordinaria, la grande differenza dagli altri negozi è che Francesco cerca sempre di trovare una soluzione per qualsiasi problema.
Assolutamente consigliato, mai una brutta sorpresa.
Beautiful location with ample parking to load and unload bicycles, a shop with a manager with great passion and strong competence, who knows how to best advise you for any need.
I've had to deal with it several times for some spare parts and routine maintenance, the big difference from the other stores is that Francesco always tries to find a solution to any problem.
Absolutely recommended, never a bad surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho consegnato una mountain Bike (premetto che trattasi di M. Bike non professionale) per sostituzione pedali e verifica forcelle anteriori ammortizzate in quanto bloccate
La risposta immediata e stata che le forcelle avrei dovuto tenerle cosi in quanto giudicate di basso valore economico €.40 !! Metterci mano avrebbe comportato un costo di almeno €.50
A ritiro mountain bike in merito alle forcelle bloccate mi ha confermato che ci ha provato ma senza successo. Al ritorno a casa ci ho provato io sollevando le 2 guarnizioni raschiaolio e oliando a dovere gli ammortizzatori, problema decisamente risolto in 5 minuti senza costi particolari. Sulla sostituzione pedali nulla da eccepire, sono soddisfatto.
I gave him a mountain bike (I state that it is a non-professional M. Bike) to replace the pedals and check the front suspension forks as they are blocked.
The immediate answer was that I should have kept the forks as they are judged to be of low economic value € .40 !! Getting in touch with it would have cost at least € .50
A mountain bike retreat about the blocked forks he confirmed to me that he tried but without success. On my return home I tried it myself by lifting the 2 oil scraper seals and oiling the shock absorbers properly, a problem resolved in 5 minutes at no particular cost. Nothing to complain about the replacement of the pedals, I'm satisfied.
