I went in to ask for info for a Gravel, it seemed to enter the Quirinale, square from head to toe .... however the shop is well equipped and stocked ... advice ... keep your feet on the ground and you will have more success than what you can imagine

Acquisto una bici Orbea in un negozio a Padova che ahimè non era stata controllata e settata dal venditore; esco per la prima uscita e faccio un percorso sterrato medio, nulla di difficile! Bene, riassunto della giornata: raggi incurvati e molli.
Nel panico e nella tristezza cerco un rivenditore Orbea in internet e mi imbatto nel negozio di Marco. Oltre ad essere un signor negozio di una bellezza disarmante, in ordine, pulito, luminoso vengo accolto con il sorriso da Marco; gli spiego il problema e nonostante sia pieno di lavoro da fare su altre bici prende in carico la mia per controllarla.
Nel giro di 24 ore ho riavuto la mia Orbea perfetta e ingrassata a lustro, il lavoro è stato eseguito alla perfezione e come se non bastasse è stato fatto un controllo anche del cambio che andava registrato.
D'ora in poi avrò come unico punto di riferimento Marco e il suo bellissimo negozio/officina! Consigliato a tutti i ciclisti che cercano professionalità massima, competenze e cortesia! Grazie Marco di cuore
I will tell about my experience, just to account for the value that skill and kindness can have together.
I bought an Orbea bike in a shop in Padua which, alas, had not been checked and set by the seller; I go out for the first exit and do a medium dirt path, nothing difficult! Well, summary of the day: curved and soft rays.
In panic and sadness, I look for an Orbea dealer on the internet and I come across Marco's shop. In addition to being a shop of disarming beauty, tidy, clean, bright, I am greeted with a smile by Marco; I explain the problem to him and despite being full of work to do on other bikes he takes charge of mine to check it.
Within 24 hours I got my Orbea back perfect and greased to shine, the job was done perfectly and as if that weren't enough, a check was also made on the gearbox that had to be registered.
From now on I will have Marco and his beautiful shop / workshop as the only point of reference! Recommended for all cyclists looking for maximum professionalism, skills and courtesy! Thanks Marco from the heart
