L’anno scorso portai la mia ruota a profilo basso per cambiare il pacco pignoni in quanto volli montare dei rapporti più agili. Spesi 70€ e non ricevetti nemmeno indietro il mio vecchio pacco della Shimano 105! Recentemente ho riportato la bici per far spostare il pacco pignoni in una ruota a profilo alto e dunque per registrare il cambio, spesa 15€. Vado in salita e mi cade la catena tra il rapporto più agile e i raggi della ruote... !!! Quindi gli riporto la bici venerdì mattina chiedendogli di sistemarmi il cambio, avvisandolo che domenica avevo bisogno della bici. La sera stessa lo chiamo e mi dice che la bici è pronta, vado per ritirarla ed una volta là mi comunica che il cambio funzionava ancora male e che per sistemarlo era necessario sostituire le pulegge perché sono troppo usurate (altri 25€!). Sconsolato accetto sperando che il problema venga sistemato al più presto. Sabato sera mi presento nuovamente lì e mi dice che le pulegge hanno peggiorato il problema e che bisogna cambiare il pacco pignoni, montato nuovo da lui stesso lo scorso anno!!! tra l’altro usato solo per pochi chilometri!! Non andate in questo negozio, il personale è veramente incompetente e caro oltretutto! I wanted to share my bad experience with this store. Last year I brought my low profile wheel to change the sprocket set as I wanted to mount more agile ratios. I spent € 70 and didn't even get my old Shimano 105 pack back! Recently I brought the bike to move the sprocket in a high-profile wheel and thus to record the change, spending € 15. I'm going uphill and I drop the chain between the lowest gear and the spokes of the wheels ... !!! Then I bring the bike back to him on Friday morning asking him to fix the gear, warning him that on Sunday I needed the bike. The same evening I call him and he tells me that the bike is ready, I go to collect it and once there he tells me that the gearbox was still working badly and that to fix it it was necessary to replace the pulleys because they are too worn (another 25 €!). I dejected accept hoping that the problem will be settled soon. Saturday night again introduce me there and told me that the pulleys have worsened the problem and that we must change the sprocket, mounted again by himself last year !!! among other things used only for a few kilometers !! Do not go to this shop, the staff is really incompetent and dear above all!

Inoltre hanno una grandissima sala dove ogni tanto vado ad allenarmi, tutto di ultima generazione! Provate per credere I bought a bike, I highly recommend everyone to go to this bike shop, they make you feel at ease and are very kind and welcoming ... the bike purchased was in excellent condition and never broke! They also have a huge room where I go to train every now and then, all of the latest generation! Try it for yourself
