★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopkeeper is professional scammer. Whatever happens, don't buy from him. Last year I was in Viareggio and rented a bike with my wife. After 4/5 hours when we go back to return it shopkeeper accused us of breaking some parts (WHICH WERE ALREADY BROKEN) and forced us to pay An absurd value of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick replacement of an Ergopower Shifter after a plastic piece broke. Would have been fair to inform in advance when planning to charge about 60 EUR for a used spare part (overall bill was 90 EUR) to leave the customer a choice - and not just say "we'll look if we have a compatible spare part". I wouldn't come back after the experience.
