Per qualsiasi danno accidentale i costi sarebbero stati addebitati al cliente, nonostante le bici fossero già in condizioni pessime. 10 euro veramente troppi per una notte, data l'esperienza che abbiamo vissuto. Bikes for hire in disastrous condition, they looked like they were pre-war. For any accidental damage, the costs would be charged to the customer, despite the fact that the bikes were already in poor condition. 10 euros really too much for one night, given the experience we lived.

Con i miei amici abbiamo noleggiato una decina di bici, dopo solo qualche minuto una bici ha perso un pedale e a un'altra è caduta la catena. Molte delle biciclette affittate erano quasi inutilizzabili, quasi tutte senza campanello e nella maggior parte non era possibile cambiare marcia. Durante la settimana a due biciclette si sono bucate le gomme. Devo precisare però che il personale a fine settimana non ci ha fatto pagare i danni delle gomme bucate. Sconsiglio ugualmente questo posto perché le biciclette sono molto vecchie e non sono sicure. Bad experience. With my friends we rented a dozen bikes, after just a few minutes one bike lost a pedal and another one dropped the chain. Many of the rented bicycles were almost unusable, most of them without bells and most of them could not change gear. During the week two bicycles got punctured tires. However, I must point out that the staff at the weekend did not charge us for the damage to the flat tires. I also advise against this place because the bikes are very old and they are not safe.

Das Damenrad hatte einen beschädigten Mantel, was wir aber erst vor der Rückfahrt bemerkt haben. Die Reparatur wäre zu unseren Kosten gewesen, der mitgegebene Pannenspray vermutlich nicht ausgereicht, das Rad provisorisch zu verdichten. Auch die Angabe eines Wertes von 150 Euro für das Damenrad im Falle von Diebstahl war maßlos überzogen. ... I definitely cannot recommend it! Rented two bikes for a day and got quite a rattle box. The ladies bike had a damaged coat, which we only noticed before the return trip. The repair would have been at our expense, the breakdown spray provided was probably not enough to temporarily compress the bike. The indication of a value of 150 euros for the women's bike in the event of theft was also grossly exaggerated.

Lo staff e' stato disponibile e gentilissimo, abbiamo noleggiato due bici e praticamente da Viareggio siamo arrivati a Forte (a/r) senza riscontrare ne' scomodita' ne' difetti. Inoltre, avevamo prenotato le bici per due giorni ma per delle necessita' di lavoro siam dovuti rientrare a casa e non usufruire del secondo giorno di noleggio gia pagato, le signore son state gentilissime e ci hanno rimborsato. Fortuna?non mi e' sembrata,, ma, ripeto di sicuro mi vien difficile trovare riscontro nelle precedenti recensioni.. Buon lavoro a tutto lo staff ed a prestissimo! Frankly I can't explain all the previous negative reviews read. The staff was helpful and very kind, we rented two bikes and practically from Viareggio we arrived in Forte (round trip) without encountering any inconvenience or defects. Furthermore, we had booked the bikes for two days but for work needs we had to go home and not take advantage of the second day of rental already paid, the ladies were very kind and they refunded us. Luck? I didn't think so, but, I repeat, for sure it is difficult for me to find feedback in previous reviews .. Good job to all the staff and see you very soon!
S	Sara Lanzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato quattro biciclette per una giornata. Tralasciando il prezzo eccessivo le biciclette erano in pessime condizioni. Non è presente alcun tipo di soccorso stradale o assicurazione che ricopra eventuali danni o incidenti. Durante il viaggio una delle ruote di una bicicletta si è sgonfiata e grazie alla riparazione a spese del cliente da un ciclista abbiamo scoperto la presenza di un bullone nella camera d'aria che ha causato il danno. Solo dopo molta resistenza da parte dei proprietari siamo riuscite ad ottenere il rimborso della riparazione. Inoltre volevano dare ad una ragazza di diciotto anni una bici da bambina evidentemente troppo piccola e non sicura. Sicuramente sconsiglio questo posto. We hired four bikes for a day. Aside from the excessive price, the bicycles were in very bad condition. There is no roadside assistance or insurance covering any damage or accidents. During the trip one of the wheels of a bicycle deflated and thanks to the repair at the expense of the customer by a cyclist we discovered the presence of a bolt in the inner tube that caused the damage. Only after much resistance from the owners were we able to get a refund for the repair. They also wanted to give an eighteen-year-old girl a child's bike that was obviously too small and unsafe. I certainly do not recommend this place.
