Sono anni che compro bici: penso di poter affermare con assoluta certezza che da Bikerinside il nome corrisponde alla realtà: vera passione per la mtb alto di gamma che richiede savoir faire alto di gamma nel servizio e nella negoziazione come nelle scelte. Un plauso assoluto. Non si può chiedere di più sotto tutti i punti di vista. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI. Simply perfect. Io lì per lì ero infastidito ma vabbè. Una volta che le presento il problema (ruota rotta) mi dice che lo avrebbe messo a posto entro le 15 di quel giorno, di conseguenza mi presento nel negozio per il suddetto orario, quando poi mi viene detto che c’era stato un piccolo inconveniente e la bici sarebbe stata pronta non prima delle 20. Nessun problema: mi presento alle 20:03 e il negozio aveva già chiuso. Oltre al prezzo folle, mi sento di criticare particolarmente l’atteggiamento poco attento, sgarbato e non professionale. Non ci ritornerò mai più, anzi consiglio piuttosto altri negozi di biciclette sulla stessa via che costano meno ed offrono allo stesso tempo un servizio più professionale ed economico. No problem: I show up at 20:03 and the shop had already closed. In addition to the crazy price, I particularly criticize the careless, rude and unprofessional attitude. I will never go back there, rather I would rather recommend other bicycle shops on the same street that cost less and at the same time offer a more professional and economical service.
