★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from all staff at Cicli Drigani bicycle shop. I purchased a used Trek road bike frame that I had to judge the quality of only by pictures, as I'm from the UK, not Italy. After several messages regarding the purchase, each time they were extremely quick to reply, always within the day, we agreed a price mutually. The frame was packed and sent very promptly and I received it from DHL within a week. When the box was opened, the frame was very well wrapped for protection in a robust used bicycle box. Upon inspection, the frame was exactly as they had described, in pristine condition, in fact better actually than the photos did justice for. I am impressed with their level of service, professionalism and fast response to questions. Very highly recommended and I will use them again for my bicycle requirements.
