Sono già un po' di volte che mi appoggio qui per delle riparazioni e mi sono sempre trovato bene, prezzi onesti, e gentilezza competenza e professionalità, un grazie a Maurizio che oggi mi ha riparato la mtb in 15 minuti, nonostante fosse incasinato. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Excellent point of reference for repairs, spare parts and accessories and of course sales. I have already used here a few times for repairs and I have always felt good, honest prices, and kindness, competence and professionalism, thanks to Maurizio who today repaired my mtb in 15 minutes, despite being messed up. I definitely recommend it.

Brought a bicycle to be repaired: friendly, helpful and honest price. It was the first time but I would gladly return for other purchases as well.
e	elisabetta sandano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio se siete ciclisti amatoriali. Voi e le vostre bici sarete trattati come razza inferiore. Ho portato la mia vecchia MTB per far regolare il cambio perché qualche volta faticavo ad innestare la catena sulla ghiera maggiore anteriore. Quando mi hanno riconsegnato la bici tornando a casa la catena si è incastrata più volte rischiando sempre di farmi cadere. L'ha provata mio marito e gli è successa la stessa cosa. Questo mi fa pensare che la bici non sia neppure stata provata o peggio sia stata provata ma lasciata com'era. L'ho riportata il giorno dopo e mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare nulla perché bisognava sostituire catena e guarnitura ormai usurate. La sostituzione è costata 70€. Mi hanno riconsegnato la bici con lucchetto e catenaccio arrotolati sui cavi dei freni e del cambio confermando che non c'è stata alcun cura né della bici né del lavoro di regolazione fatto. Per togliere il catenaccio hanno tolto la sella. Non siamo più riusciti a riportare la sella alla regolazione che permettesse una pedalata con un corretta distensione della gamba. Ora ho un ginocchio gonfio e una bici inutilizzabile. Pensare che questa bici non mi aveva mai dato problemi. I strongly advise against this shop if you are an amateur cyclist. You and your bikes will be treated as an inferior race. I brought my old MTB to adjust the gearbox because sometimes I struggled to engage the chain on the front greater ring nut. When they returned the bike to me on the way home, the chain got stuck several times, always risking making me fall. My husband tried it and the same thing happened to him. This makes me think that the bike has not even been tried or worse has been tried but left as it was. I brought it back the next day and they told me that nothing could be done because it was time to replace the worn chain and crankset. The replacement cost € 70. They gave me back the bike with padlock and bolt rolled up on the brake and gear cables confirming that there was no care of the bike or the adjustment work done. To remove the bolt they removed the saddle. We were no longer able to bring the saddle back to the adjustment that would allow pedaling with correct leg relaxation. Now I have a swollen knee and an unusable bike. To think that this bike had never given me problems.
