★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato online due tubolari Challenge in questo negozio , purtroppo uno dei due era deformato , all’inizio ho contattato il negozio per cercare una mediazione per riavere il tubolare in sostituzione ma dopo più di cinque mesi non c’è stata una svolta alla situazione , a questo punto mi sono azionato da solo contattando la casa produttrice del tubolare (cosa che poteva fare tranquillamente il negozio, ma visto il tempo trascorso suppongo non lo abbia fatto ) . Detto ciò , c’è bisogno anche della assistenza post vendita ….
Questa mattina mi è arrivato il tubolare in sostituzione dalla Challenge, ed ho aspettato solo due settimane , dall’email mandata a quest’ultimo .
I bought two Challenge tubulars online in this shop, unfortunately one of the two was deformed, at first I contacted the shop to seek mediation to get the replacement tubular back but after more than five months there hasn't been a change in the situation, at this point I operated on my own by contacting the manufacturer of the tubular (which the shop could easily do, but given the time that has elapsed I suppose it did not). Having said that, there is also a need for after-sales assistance ....
This morning I received the replacement tubular from the Challenge, and I waited only two weeks from the email sent to the latter.
