Ho trovato un'ottima offerta pertanto visto che sponsorizzavano le cialde compatibili a modo mio con marchio cialda point confezionate per caffè Borbone ho deciso di fare una scorta di 5 pacchi per un totale di 500 cialde. Visto che da sempre acquisto Borbone Peccato che all' arrivo delle cialde i lotti arrivati nonostante fossero non scaduti e. Idonei per la vendita erano stati prodotti a novembre 2017 pertanto prossimi alla scadenza.. A parte questo sia le confezioni singole prive di aria all'interno ma sopratutto il gusto era orrendo non degno del marchio sponsorizzato e del caffe italiano in generale. Ho scritto telefonato e finalmente qualcuno si è degnato a rispondermi ma non alle mie domande ma semplicemente nel dirmi se volevo fare il reso.. Fatto ciò stamattina mi sono trovato un accredito non totale del prezzo pagato. Pertanto anche la beffa... Consiglio per i clienti di chiedere prima di acquistare quanti anni hanno le cialde ... La macchinetta arrivata tramite corriere aveva la parte in ceramica in mille pezzi probabilmente perché era libera di muoversi nel pacco senza nessun tipo di imballo. Ho mandato subito una mail e poi il giorno dopo ho riempito il modulo per poter fare il reso ma in nessuno dei due casi mi è stato risposto. Quindi non solo ho perso i soldi ma ho anche dovuto provvedere a comprare un altro regalo. Servizio pessimo e nessun rispetto per il cliente.
