★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Błąkając się po Modica trafiliśmy przypadkiem na tę perełkę doznań smakowych. Jako dyletanci, nie znający ani języka ani potraw włoskich wybieraliśmy zakupy pokazując tylko palcem. I bingo! Rogalik ( croissant ?) z nadzieniem ricotta eksplodował nam w ustach festynem smaku przywołując na myśl wspomnienie dzieciństwa. To było jak nagle przeniesienie w czasie i miejscu. Teraz już wiemy że wybierzemy się ponownie do Modica, z Syrakuz, po to by ponownie doświadczyć tego euforycznej uczty
Wandering around Modica we came across this gem of taste sensations by accident. As dilettantes, who knew neither the language nor Italian dishes, we chose to shop by just pointing our fingers. And bingo! A croissant (croissant?) With ricotta filling exploded in our mouths with a feast of taste, bringing to mind memories of childhood. It was like a sudden shift in time and place. Now we know that we will go back to Modica, from Syracuse, to experience this euphoric feast again

Si possono consumare sul posto colazioni e le tipiche granite con brooches. Superlativi I macalle' ripieni di ricotta o crema pasticcera. Pasticcini assortiti 15€ al chilo
