Purtroppo è sempre molto affollato e per fare una pratica bisogna perderci tutta una mattinata; basterebbe organizzare sistemi di "fila" più intelligente (sistemi online via smartphone?) che non i soliti numeretti che obbligano la gente a stare li sul posto perdendo tempo inutile.
 I have always found competent and smart people (both CAF and Patronato). Unfortunately it is always very crowded and to do a practice you have to lose a whole morning; it would be enough to organize smarter "queue" systems (online systems via smartphone?) than the usual numbers that force people to stay there, wasting unnecessary time.
