dato che al telefono nei giorni precedenti partiva la segreteria.
Sono stata accolta in malo modo da una signora che mi ha lasciata sul pianerottolo in penombra , nonostante io abbia chiesto di entrare a chiedere informazioni alla reception,
ha chiamato un suo collega il quale se è possibile ancora più sgarbato mi ha detto di tornare di mercoledì, ho chiesto se era possibile di sabato (pur cambiando settimana,non avendo urgenza)
visto che è un giorno utile riportato sugli orari !
No, non è stato concesso neppure aspettando .
Mi spiace a volte la maleducazione si nasconde, come in questo caso, con l'emergenza covid .
