L'abside è un incanto, le colonne dividono la chiesa in 5 navate, il soffitto a cassettoni e gli affreschi completano il resto Wonderful church. A	Anna Valenza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa chiesa di trova nel centro storico di Manduria vicino al ghetto. Nella zona centrale della facciata si può ammirare in alto il magnifico grande rosone gotico, rinascimentale, intagliato in pietra dura locale; la triplice corona, con tralci di viti, figure di profeti, racchiude una grande vetrata policroma che reca dipinto al centro un calice raggiato. Vi sono tre ingressi, i due laterali di fattura settecentesca e quello centrale datato 1532. Entrando dall'ingresso principale si impone subito all'occhio del visitatore la maestosità del Tempio che, pur essendo stato costruito in diversi tempi e con diversi stili, mostra armonia e buon gusto. In fondo all'abside è posto l'Altare Maggiore, in marmo ad intarsi, realizzato nel 1791 e dedicato alla SS. Trinità. Nel 1970 è stato collocato sul presbiterio un moderno altare in legno di noce, intarsiato e scolpito con la scena dell'Ultima Cena, opera pregevole dell'artigiano manduriano Vincenzo Sammarco. L'antico altare contiene 14 statue in pietra leccese dorate in un secondo momento This church is located in the historic center of Manduria near the ghetto. At the end of the apse is the High Altar, in marble inlaid, made in 1791 and dedicated to the SS. Trinity. In 1970 a modern altar in walnut wood was placed on the presbytery, inlaid and carved with the scene of the Last Supper, a valuable work of the manduriano artisan Vincenzo Sammarco. The ancient altar contains 14 statues in golden Lecce stone at a later time

La facciata ti accoglie come una bellissima mamma pronta a stringerti tra le braccia. Il rosone è talmente bello da togliere il fiato. Provate ad entrare ed ammirare la magnificenza delle varie Cappelle... Mirabile il pulpito in legno. Il soffito a cassettoni in legno. Pura meraviglia... I don't think simple words are enough to describe this marvel. The facade welcomes you like a beautiful mother ready to hold you in her arms. The rose window is so beautiful it takes your breath away. Try to enter and admire the magnificence of the various chapels ... The wooden pulpit is admirable. The wooden coffered ceiling. Pure wonder ...

All'ingresso, ai due stipiti del portale, non perdete di notare a destra il teschio e a sinistra l'angelo: la morte e la vita. E	Elena Dessy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa collocata in una piccola piazza nel pieno centro di Manduria e risalente al 500 di grande pregio ,all’ingresso a sottolineare la navata centrale vi sono 12 colonne che mettono in risalto l’altare finemente dipinto.Poco valorizzata e il parcheggio selvaggio fatto sul sagrato proprio intollerabile.
