A	Angelo Acquaviva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fu costruita a partire dal 1664 a est del centro abitato su commissione del vescovo Alessandro Crescenzi. Il disegno architettonico è dell’artista bitontino Carlo Rosa, che insieme ai suoi allievi realizzò anche gli affreschi interni. La chiesa fu edificata sul luogo dove vi era l’antica edicola con l’affresco della Crocifissione, opera del Rapestingo. L’affresco era ritenuto miracoloso, come testimoniano i numerosi ex voto che ancora oggi si vedono sull’antico muro che sporge nella Cappella della Vergine dei Sette dolori. Il luogo era stato donato con il testamento del 20 maggio 1529 da un certo Vincenzo de Riccis al Capitolo della cattedrale di Bitonto It was built starting from 1664 to the east of the inhabited center on commission of the bishop Alessandro Crescenzi. The architectural design is by the Bitonto artist Carlo Rosa, who together with his pupils also created the interior frescoes. The church was built on the site of the ancient shrine with the fresco of the Crucifixion, the work of Rapestingo. The fresco was considered miraculous, as evidenced by the numerous ex-votos that can still be seen today on the ancient wall that protrudes in the Chapel of the Virgin of the Seven Sorrows. The place had been donated with the will of 20 May 1529 by a certain Vincenzo de Riccis to the Chapter of the cathedral of Bitonto

C	Corte Della Noce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo meraviglioso dove la presenza di Dio Padre è cosi tangibile. Don Vincenzo illuminante con le Sue omelie. Incredibilmente coinvolgenti i canti e l'accompagamento musicale di Vito o Enzo con la voce di Michela. Ogni domenica una festa per i bambini che partecipano alla celebrazione eucaristica. La struttura è di pregio e di recente sono stati effettuati testauri agli affreschi di Carlo Rosa e alle statue lignee poste nelle lunette a ridosso dell'altare. A seguito dell'aumento di devozione nei confronti dell'immagine sacra, l'edificio originario era divenuto insufficiente alle esigenze di culto. Sono particolarmente legata a questa chiesa anche se non la frequento. Following the increase in devotion to the sacred image, the original building had become insufficient for the needs of worship. I am particularly attached to this church even if I don't go to it.
