All'interno vi sono alcuni resti di affreschi in cui sono rappresentati San Vito, San Modesto e San Luca Evangelista. Ogni Chiesa è un pezzetto di Paradiso in terra. It is a beautiful little church. It is one of the oldest in Nepi. Inside there are some remains of frescoes in which San Vito, San Modesto and San Luca Evangelista are represented. Each Church is a piece of Heaven on earth.

Al suo interno ci sono degli affeschi raffiguranti la crocifissione di Cristo, San Bemedetto, San Luca e San Vito e il suo maestro Modesto. Nel portale d'ingresso si possono notare frammenti di un sarcofago di età romana e uno di età altomedioevale. La leggenda narra che fosse utilizzata dalla stessa Lucrezia Borgia come cappella personale data la sua vicinanza al castello omonimo. Perhaps it is the oldest church in Nepi, dedicated to San Vito and Modesto, it is mentioned in a manuscript of 1467. Inside there are frescoes depicting the crucifixion of Christ, San Bemedetto, San Luca and San Vito and his teacher Modesto . In the entrance portal you can see fragments of a Roman sarcophagus and an early medieval one. Legend has it that it was used by Lucrezia Borgia herself as a personal chapel given its proximity to the castle of the same name.
