★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa originaria del 1400 viene sostituita con l'attuale eretta nel 1835 su progetto degli architetti fanesi: Cesare e Giuseppe Selvelli. Dal precedente edificio provengono una Madonna in trono con San Giovanni battista e San Bernardino del pittore fanese Bartolomeo Morganti.
The original church of 1400 is replaced with the current built in 1835 and designed by architects Fano: Cesare and Giuseppe Selvelli. From the previous building come a Madonna Enthroned with Saint John the Baptist and St. Bernardino of Fano painter Bartolomeo Morganti.

Numerose cappelle laterali si aggiungono alla navata principale, numeroae statue lignee di Santi e spicca la cappella della Beata Vergine detta Delle Grazie, un affresco quattrocentesco staccato che raffigura la Madonna con Bambino.
A very beautiful building of worship, embellished by the richly decorated eighteenth-century interior. Numerous side chapels are added to the main nave, numerous wooden statues of Saints and the chapel of the Blessed Virgin known as Delle Grazie stands out, a detached fifteenth-century fresco depicting the Madonna and Child.
