Il parroco è Don Michele Madonna che fa di tutto per attirare persone nella parrocchia , dai bambini a gli adulti . Consiglio i suoi ritiri spirituali che sono un tocca sana per la mente ed il corpo . La chiesa è anche viva , perché partecipano tante persone alle iniziative del parroco. The church is beautiful, it is located in Naples in the Montesano district a difficult neighborhood. The parish priest is Don Michele Madonna who does everything to attract people to the parish, from children to adults. I recommend his spiritual retreats which are a healthy touch for the mind and the body. The church is also alive, because so many people participate in the initiatives of the parish priest.

Gli altri sacerdoti hanno carismi e doni diversi da padre Michele ma al tempo stesso unici. Non ultime le suore che animano tanti momenti di preghiera e di crescita spirituale. Gli stucchi della facciata raffigurano la Madonna del Carmelo e proprio il 16 luglio che il parroco celebra una Santa Messa con Unzione degli Infermi con consegna dello.scapolare.L'interno della chiesa ha una pianta a croce latina con quattro cappelle per lato .Prima di entrare in chiesa c'è una grande statua di Gesù che sembra invitare tutti ad entrare per respirare tanta spiritualità. Fu dedicata alla Madonna del Monte Santo del Carmelo, da qui il nome assunto poi dall'intera zona. Modifiche alla cupola e alla facciata furono apportate successivamente. All'interno le otto cappelle laterali conservano tele dei secoli XVII e XVIII . Alla sinistra dell'altare si può ammirare un pregiato crocifisso ligneo, tra le statue della Madonna e di San Giovanni, risalente al 1600.
