Il complesso è costituito da un’aula liturgica con profilo a vela, la casa canonica e le aule di ministero nel corpo adiacente. Si presenta all’esterno con una facciata semplice caratterizzata dalla presenza del portone d'ingresso con al di sopra una grande finestra rettangolare e alla sommità un'altra di forma circolare. Al suo interno un'unica navata con il presbiterio, rialzato di due gradini rispetto al piano di calpestio, sul quale trova collocazione la mensa. Alla sinistra del presbiterio si trova la cappella feriale dove è collocato il tabernacolo, mentre a destra si sviluppa la zona del battistero e il corpo da cui si accede alla sagrestia e alla canonica. Sulla pareti laterali della navata sono collocate due grandi finestre, una rettangolare e l'altra triangolare, che garantiscono l'illuminazione dell'intera aula. Esternamente sul lato ovest trova collocazione il campanile con cella campanaria aperta da quattro finestre e sul quale spicca il grande monogramma di Cristo o Chi Rho. L'area esterna e` a ridosso di un piazzale pavimentato che si sviluppa lungo tutto il perimetro dell'intero complesso.
