★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa del Monte è in realtà l'antica cappella, dedicata a S. Antonio Abate, dell'originario maniero dei Ventimiglia, concessa nel 1604 ai frati Cappuccini insieme ad altri giardini. E' stata molto rimaneggiata soprattutto nell'ala sinistra, in quella che doveva essere il convento dei frati. Molto bello il portale in pietra con capitelli in stile jonico.
Non visitabile l'interno purtroppo.
The church of the Monte is actually the ancient chapel, dedicated to St. Antonio Abate, of the original Ventimiglia manor, granted in 1604 to the Capuchin friars along with other gardens. It was much altered above all in the left wing, in what was to be the friars' convent. The stone portal with Ionic style capitals is very beautiful.
Unfortunately the interior cannot be visited.
