Si rifiutano di fare cambi se vi sbagliate!!Anche se siete a 4 giorni dall'acquisto!Non ci andate! Lo sconsiglio fortemente! Per un paio di crocs pagate 50 euro si sono rotte 2 giorni dopo, sono andato per cambiarle e si è rifiutato di cambiarle dicendomi che non gliele rimborsavano!!Non so come faccia a stare aperto vicino piazza di spagna. vende cose pessime e di scarsa qualità!State alla larga! Al limite della legalità!Fate attenzione!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年ほど前に行きましたが、多分イタリア人と思しき店の主人の対応がとてもとても感じが悪かったので星1つです。
レジで私が支払いを行うために紙幣を数えているときに店の主人は私の手から紙幣を奪い取り代金分の紙幣だけを抜き取り返してきました。大変に横柄な態度でした。
イタリアだけでなく数か国を旅行して最も感じが悪かった人間がこの店の主人です。
ついでにいえば日本語の話せる女性もいましたが（許容範囲内ですが）対応が冷淡で彼女の印象もあまりよくありません。
なるべく早く閉店することを望みます。

転売しているだけです。
また、雑誌にかわいいお皿が載っていたので訪れましたが、思ったよりかわいいものも、イタリアっぽいものもなく残念に思いました。
これだけの値段するなら、もっとデザイン頑張ってほしいです。

日本語で対応してくださった店員さんは愛想もよく、楽しく買い物ができました。
しかしレジにいた現地の方らしき店員さんはあろうことか１€少なくお釣りを渡してきました。
私が分からないと思ったのかその場で別の店員さんが英語で注意していましたが、本人は悪びれる様子もなく…。
１€ぽっちと思われるかもしれませんが、私からチップとして１€渡すのと、既に懐に入れ、１€少なくお釣りを渡すのとではまったく意味が違います。
素敵な商品を扱っている店だけに残念でした。
