Non abbiamo resistito e, complice il caldo, abbiamo fatto il bis. Gestori cordialissimi. Lo vorrei sotto casa. Arrived to see the Cattolica (which was closed) we took ice cream and granita with bergamot. Fantastic. We could not resist and, thanks to the heat, we did an encore. Very cordial managers. I would like it under the house.

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a indicare altre attrazioni turistiche della zona. The almond and pistachio granita are exceptional, but the bergamot granita is truly unique. The owners are very nice and willing to point out other tourist attractions in the area.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto garbata ci ha dato anche suggerimenti per visitare luoghi vicini che meritano di essere visti. I was there yesterday, I tasted the best bergamot ice cream combined with a very good blackberry granita. The owner was very kind and very polite she also gave us suggestions for visiting nearby places that deserve to be seen.

Lo stesso vale per il gelato al pistacchio e bergamotto. Tappa obbligata dopo la visita alla Cattolica! If you are looking for quality and kindness this is the perfect place. We tried granitas with bergamot and figs and I found them fantastic. The same goes for pistachio and bergamot ice cream. A must after the visit to the Cattolica!

Ottime le friselle di grano duri con pomodori, cipolla rossa, origano e olio di produzione propria, bagnati dal vino delle uve Bivongi. Cinque stelle alla granita e gelato al bergamotto home made. Il tutto al fresco e con veduta mozzafiato della valle della Fiumara Stilaro e del borgo antico di Stilo prima di accedere alla Cattolica. Esperienza da provare!! Small oasis of ancient and genuine tastes to enjoy only local products and prepared with loving care. Excellent the durum wheat friselle with tomatoes, red onion, oregano and oil of own production, bathed by the wine of the Bivongi grapes. Five stars with granita and home made bergamot ice cream. All this in a cool and with breathtaking view of the valley of Fiumara Stilaro and the ancient village of Stilo before entering the Catholic. Experience to try !!

Anche i prezzi sono ottimi, ancora di più se rapportati alla qualità. Complimenti! Kind, friendly and helpful the manager, the granitas are of really superior quality, with pieces of fruit inside that can be appreciated. The prices are also excellent, even more when compared to quality. Compliments!

Not a typical tourist trap (as you might expect for a cafe near a tourist attraction), but a excellent place with gelato in many special and local flavours such as fig, cactus fruit and best of all bergamot.
