The prices are super fair! we loved the burrata and the olive oil, super high quality. a real dolce via place apart from the overpriced and low quality tourist placed. THANKS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant, very nice atmosphere and really good Food. We had the pleasure of eating the 7-course-menu with accompanying wines. Every dish was exzellent and every wine better than the one before. Great value, too! Will gladly eat here again during out next visit in Triest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a private room, so perhaps our experience was not 100% representative. However, we ordered from the regular menu(s). Chimera di Bacco offers a variety of local dishes, some meat-based and some fish-based, in a delightful combination of traditional flavors and original presentation. The menu is complemented by a deep wine list, also unabashedly local. Tasting menus are available, though theyusy be ordered for the entire table --- not an option for our 14-strong party. Overall a great experience. Oh, and do leave some room for dessert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some dishes were good and some not tasty enough, truffle was dried and lack of taste, service was not matching the quality of the food, we had to ask to get the menu after we were seated as the waiter never came back.. i ordered the summer mix fruit with macaroons but it came without the macaroons and the waiter didn't even say anything, after looking for the macaroons, i asked the waiter what happened to it and he just said they were out on it, apologised and then left without proposing anything else... at the cashier, we had to explain them about it because otherwise they would have charged us the full price but even that, they decided to just reduce 2 euro of the full price for half complete dessert... some waiters were ok and some were rude... overall very expensive restaurant when you get that kind of service and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The pasta dishes were excellent (especially the « paccheri di Gragnano with pistachio pesto and clams). The fish we had for secondi was unfortunately too cooked for our taste. But overall a good experience ?

We ordered sea tasting menu and truffle tagliatelle.
Some are good but some are just ok.
If I go back, I would just order scallops and prawns.
That was really delicious.
