M	Marco Miceli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me è la chiesa più bella del territorio, siamo saliti sul campanile e nel coro, abbiamo visto da vicino l'organo e abbiamo visitato la sagrestia, tutto per il Villafrati On Sight. Di solito non sono accessibili dai visitatori. È stato bello sapere la storia della chiesa, anche per uno che vive qui. In my opinion it is the most beautiful church in the area, we climbed the bell tower and in the choir, we saw the organ up close and we visited the sacristy, all for the Villafrati On Sight. They are usually not accessible by visitors. It was nice to know the history of the church, even for someone who lives here.

Visitare il campanile è un'esperienza davvero bella.. Anche dietro nella sagrestia ci sono dei quadri interessanti tipo quello della Madonna. Sia il campanile che la sagrestia sono comunque visitabili solo su richiesta. I took two beautiful photos: the first is the painting depicting the holy souls in purgatory. Gino, che si occupa della chiesa ci ha mostrato cosa c'è ai lati dell'altare: a sinistra la tomba di Giuseppe Antonio Filangieri, a destra quella di Ignazio Lanza. Sotto l'altare ci ha detto che ci sono delle catacombe che pochi decenni fa erano ancora almeno accessibili poi sono state riempite con materiale di scarto... È un vero peccato, sarebbe bello renderle di nuovo visitabili. A sinistra dell'altare vi è anche un quadro molto bello raffigurante la crocifissione di Cristo.
