★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa di San Andrea è una piccola chiesa in Melzo che ha avuto una vita piuttosto travagliata, infatti è stata utilizzata anche come magazzino nel secondo dopoguerra ed è stata ridotta veramente molto male.
Poi però, grazie all'interessamento di un gruppo di volontari, è stata restaurata dopo aver scoperto la presenza di affreschi di scuola Leonardesca molto belli. Attualmente viene utilizzata per concerti e mostre ed è aperta ogni domenica dalle 10,30 alle 12,30 con la presenza di volontari che spiegano la storia del luogo con particolare riferimento agli affreschi con riferimenti alla storia del ducato di Milano.
The church of San Andrea is a small church in Melzo that had a rather troubled life, in fact it was also used as a warehouse after the Second World War and was reduced very badly.
But then, thanks to the interest of a group of volunteers, it was restored after discovering the presence of very beautiful frescoes of the Leonardesque school. It is currently used for concerts and exhibitions and is open every Sunday from 10.30 to 12.30 with the presence of volunteers who explain the history of the place with particular reference to the frescoes with references to the history of the Duchy of Milan.
