Inizialmente ci hanno fatto un’ottima impressione e ci davano fiducia. Abbiamo fatto due proposte, la seconda pensavamo fosse accettata, visto che rispondeva alla contro richiesta fatta (aimè non per iscritto) dal proprietario, ma invece…. Abbiamo perso in totale un mese (15 g validità prima proposta e 15 g validità seconda proposta), per poi dirci telefonicamente che il proprietario non aveva accettato, sebbene il prezzo rispondesse a quello da lui controproposto, in quanto voleva apporre ulteriori clausole inerenti l’attribuzione di eventuali costi che sarebbero potuti sorgere per via di alcuni lavori in previsione (nulla di deliberato ancora nel verbale d’assemblea che ci avevano fatto visionare). Infine, il giorno in cui siamo andati a riprenderci l’assegno che avevamo dato in Agenzia come caparra, nessuno dei due titolari, nonostante uno dei due fosse li presente, si è scusato o ci ha degnato di un minimo di spiegazione. Capisco che il venditore è colui che detta le condizioni, ci mancherebbe, ma l’agenzia, in quanto intermediaria, dovrebbe comunque essere chiara e trasparente sin dall’inizio, senza permettere che le condizioni possano variare in corso d’opera, anche perché chi fa una magra figura alla fine è l’agenzia stessa. Finally, the day we went to retrieve the check we had given at the Agency as a deposit, neither of the two holders, despite one of the two being there, apologized or deigned to give us a minimum of explanation. I understand that the seller is the one who dictates the conditions, God forbid, but the agency, as an intermediary, should still be clear and transparent from the beginning, without allowing the conditions to vary during the work, also because who makes a poor impression in the end is the agency itself.
