★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un apprendimento in affitto tramite questa agenzia e ho mi hanno fregato almeno tre volte: quando non ha più funzionato la caldaia, ricevendo il consiglio di mettere mano io ho preferito chiamare la ditta che mi ha mandato un tecnico ma non essendo la ditta che collaborava con loro ho dovuto pagare a metà un intervento straordinario che spettava al proprietario; la lavastoviglie vecchia ha provocato un corto circuito e ho dovuto pagare io l'elettricista; il proprietario si è trattenuto mezza caparra per imbiancare un appuntamento già vecchio che aveva l'intonaco in gran parte già staccato....ecc... Dovevo fare le foto e rompere!!!!!
I took a rental lease through this agency and I got cheated at least three times: when the boiler did not work anymore, receiving advice to get my hand I preferred to call the company that sent me a technician but not being the company that collaborating with them I had to pay half an extraordinary intervention that was due to the owner; the old dishwasher caused a short circuit and I had to pay the electrician; the owner has kept half a deposit to whitewash an already old appointment that had the plaster already largely detached .... etc ... I had to take pictures and break !!!!!
