Il prospetto principale presenta un finestrone che riprende il modello del santuario del Crocefisso e domina il bel portale. Il prospetto laterale presenta interessanti doccioni zoomorfi e, nella lunetta del portale, una statua raffigurante S. Giovanni Battista cui è dedicata la chiesa
