★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa viene chiamata dei Cappuccini perché è a quest'ordine di frati che venne affidata la gestione del Santuario, costruito nel Seicento come ringraziamento per la fine della peste. Il rosone e le bifore in cemento furono aggiunte nel 1935 come richiamo allo stile romanico, anche se l'impianto e l'aspetto originario erano di tutt'altro aspetto. L'interno è a navata unica, anche se nel 1970 fu ampliato il lato sinistro. Sul fianco destro della chiesa si trova il convento. Attualmente i locali sono utilizzati dalle Suore della Misericordia, dalle associazioni Cigno e Vela.
 The church is called the Capuchins because it is to this order of friars that the management of the Sanctuary was built, built in the seventeenth century as a thank you for the end of the plague. The concrete rose window and mullioned windows were added in 1935 as a reference to the Romanesque style, even if the original layout and appearance were of a completely different aspect. The interior has a single nave, although the left side was enlarged in 1970. On the right side of the church is the convent. Currently the premises are used by the Sisters of Mercy, by the associations Cigno and Vela.

La prima pietra fu posta nel 1640 e la consacrazione avvenne nel 1662.
La facciata, in stile neoromanico, risale alla ricostruzione dopo l'incendio del 1935.
