La chiesa e' realizzata all'interno di una grotta, raramente viene celebrata la Santa Messa ma e' possibile vedere al suo interno un spettacolare presepio con numerosi pastori di grandezza naturale, realizzati da maestranze locali alla fine del '700.

A must visit if you are in Acireale.
The church is built inside a cave, Holy Mass is rarely celebrated but it is possible to see inside a spectacular nativity scene with numerous life-size shepherds, made by local workers at the end of the 18th century.
