M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa in Sarnico molto austera nella struttura esterna, internamente invece molto ricca in marmi e decorazioni recentemente rinnovate forse con troppa minuzia; l’abbondanza di questi colori, ricami e materiali, di pregio dal punto di vista estetico, rende la struttura religiosa meno “paesana” e sicuramente interessante anche come luogo di visita per turisti. Church in Sarnico very austere in the external structure, internally instead very rich in marbles and decorations recently renovated perhaps with too much detail; the abundance of these colors, embroideries and materials, of value from an aesthetic point of view, makes the religious structure less "peasant" and certainly also interesting as a place to visit for tourists.

M	Marina Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di fondazione medievale, ristrutturata nei primi decenni del Cinquecento, abbattuta nel 1727 per far posto al nuovo edificio, progettato dall’architetto Luca Lucchini, che integrò la vecchia facciata nel nuovo prospetto laterale, e mantenne il basamento del campanile, costruito nel 1592 e sopraelevato nel 1869. La facciata fu terminata nel 1777 su disegno di un ignoto architetto. Le sculture della facciata sono riferibili alla bottega di Giovanni Sanz. Dal 1903 al 1909, lo stuccatore Aristide Secchi ridefinì l’assetto decorativo della chiesa. All’interno: La pala maggiore del veneziano Francesco Capella, (1765-1770 circa); raffigura San Martino vescovo con l’imperatore Valentiniano. San Francesco in estasi sostenuto dagli angeli, del 1630 di Giovan Battista Discepoli, detto lo Zoppo da Lugano. La pala della Madonna col Bambino e santi Carlo Borromeo, Francesco, Bernardino e Martino di Francesco Cavagna nella terza cappella a sinistra, dei primi decenni del ‘600. Il paliotto in marmo bianco dell’altare maggiore (1715) e la Madonna con Bambino in legno dorato all’altare del Rosario, riferibili ad Andrea Fantoni e alla sua bottega. A	Anna Labadessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla bellezza della chiesa ma se io entro per sentire la messa e c'è all ingresso un signore, che ti dice (non propriamente in maniera gentile) di inguenizzarti le mani o five ti devi sedere, tipo buttafuori in discoteca mi sento subito a disagio. Per non parlare del fatto che dopo la messa, volessi restare due minuti per pregare (come si fa in qualunque chiesa del mondo) e mi è stato intimato di uscire.. Ma dove siamo??? Andrò certamente a messa altrove! Nothing to say about the beauty of the church but if I go in to hear mass and there is a gentleman at the entrance, who tells you (not exactly in a kind way) to put your hands down or five you have to sit down, like a bouncer in a disco I feel immediately uncomfortable. Not to mention the fact that after mass, I wanted to stay two minutes to pray (as is done in any church in the world) and I was told to leave .. But where are we ??? I will certainly go to mass elsewhere!
