L'interno si presenta ad un un'unica navata. Spiccano le vetrate istoriate policrome e sull'altare maggiore un gruppo marmoreo raffigurante la Vergine col Bambino adorata da san Luigi di Montfort e dall'angelo Gabriele, opera di Paolo Bartolini; di Francesco Milizia è il coro ligneo intagliato. Sulla parete sinistra si trova una lapide che recita: «Il papa Giovanni XXIII iniziando la stazione quaresimale del rione sostò per implorare la benedizione della Regina dei Cuori in questo santuario a Lei dedicato 10 marzo 1962.» In the Ludovisi district behind Corso Italia there is this small but beautiful sanctuary where you can pray and rest from the traffic of the city! The interior has a single nave. The polychrome stained glass windows stand out and on the high altar a marble group depicting the Virgin and Child adored by St. Louis of Montfort and the angel Gabriel, the work of Paolo Bartolini; by Francesco Milizia is the carved wooden choir. On the left wall there is a plaque that reads: "Pope John XXIII, starting the Lenten station in the district, stopped to implore the blessing of the Queen of Hearts in this shrine dedicated to her on 10 March 1962."

The façade, in terracotta, has a protruding arch above the entrance door, with a toothed cornice. The Annunciation is depicted in the lunette. The interior has a single nave. S	Stefano Manzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa di Santa Maria Regina dei Cuori è un Santuario ubicato nel Rione XVI (Ludovisi) in Via Sardegna, all’angolo con Via Romagna in Roma. La chiesa è stata costruita con mattoni, agli inizi del XIX secolo, in stile romanico con protiro e finestra bifora, con il tetto a due spioventi Prospicente la facciata è presente un piccolo protiro incorniciato da due colonne con capitelli con la funzione decorativa e di protezione, nella lunetta è presente un bassorilievo che rappresenta l’Annunciazione. L’interno si presenta con la pianta ad un’unica navata, con abside poligona e tre belle vetrate artistiche policrome, di forma rettangolare con arco, che raffigurano alcune scene di Maria. Al presbiterio si accede salendo alcuni gradini, in esso si trova l’Altare Maggiore in marmo bianco e finemente lavorato. Alle spalle dell'altare, un monumentale gruppo marmoreo che rappresenta la “Regina dei Cuori” opera di Paolo Bartolini. La Vergine, con vesti regali e corona, è seduta in trono con lo scettro e in braccio il Bambino benedicente, con il globo con la croce. In adorazione sulla sinistra c’è in ginocchio e in adorazione San Luigi di Montfort e sulla destra l'Angelo anch'esso inginocchiato, con le grandi ali aperte. Appoggiato all’abside un bel coro ligneo con intarsi e motivi vegetali (1916). Il soffitto si presenta con volte a crociera. The Church of Santa Maria Regina dei Cuori is a sanctuary located in Rione XVI (Ludovisi) in Via Sardegna, at the corner with Via Romagna in Rome. The church was built with bricks, at the beginning of the 19th century, in Romanesque style with a porch and mullioned window, with a gabled roof Facing the facade there is a small porch framed by two columns with capitals with the decorative and protective function, in the lunette there is a bas-relief representing the Annunciation. Leaning against the apse is a beautiful wooden choir with inlays and plant motifs (1916). The ceiling has cross vaults.
