Vor allem an der Decke sind die Kuppeln prächtig ausgemalt. Aber auch an den Wänden finden sich viele interessante Gemälde und Statuen. Das sieht man dem Kirchengebäude von außen gar nicht an. Maria Assunta...e' la Chiesa principale per il culto a Pisogne, meno rinomata artisticamente della forse piu' conosciuta Chiesa del Romanino, esternamente ha un disegno essenziale, spoglio, e dalla sua posizione si domina la Piazza centrale pedonale del paese, con vista che arriva al lago...dentro è molto Bella, e fra le altre cose meritano una citazione la teca trasparente contenente le spoglie di S.Costanzo martire, soldato romano martirizzato sotto l'imperatore Valeriano nel 260 D.C., patrono di Pisogne, e la piccola Cappelletta con la Statua della Madonna di Lourdes, con Bernadette...Bellissimi gli affreschi sulle pareti e soprattutto sulle cupole del soffitto, come pure i mosaici ai finestroni più alti...da vedere, per un momento di meditazione, se passate da queste parti.
