Fu realizzata tra il XIII-XIV secolo, e rifatta nell'interno dopo i terremoti del XVIII secolo. La caratteristica della chiesa è quella di essere incastrata tra due parti della montagna rocciosa, lasciando visibili solo le pareti laterali, il portale di accesso maggiore, in stile gotico, sulla parete laterale, e il campanile. Caratteristica la copertura cipollina della cupola della torre, in maiolica colorata, ha pianta quadrangolare, in blocchi di pietra concia, e ha la sua base incastonata proprio nella roccia. Di interesse anche il portale romanico-gotico, con triplice ordine di colonnine su due stipiti, e le due che sono più interne, possiedono il fusto ornato da bassorilievi tortili, mentre i capitelli raffigurano volti umani. L'interno ha tre navate, sulla parete di fondo si trova la cantoria con l'organo a canne, sulla parete a destra c'è un Crocifisso ligneo con le braccia snodabili, usato anche per la processione del Venerdì santo, mentre presso l'ingresso secondario si trova una lapide commemorativa del restauro voluto dal vescovo di Trivento Mons. It was built between the 13th-14th century, and rebuilt in the interior after the earthquakes of the 18th century. The characteristic of the church is that it is wedged between two parts of the rocky mountain, leaving visible only the side walls, the main access portal, in Gothic style, on the side wall, and the bell tower. Characteristic is the chive roof of the dome of the tower, in colored majolica, has a quadrangular plan, in blocks of tanned stone, and has its base set right in the rock. Also of interest is the Romanesque-Gothic portal, with a triple order of columns on two jambs, and the two that are more internal, have a shaft decorated with twisted bas-reliefs, while the capitals depict human faces. The interior has three naves, on the back wall there is the choir with the pipe organ, on the right wall there is a wooden crucifix with articulated arms, also used for the Good Friday procession, while at the secondary entrance there is a commemorative plaque of the restoration commissioned by the Bishop of Trivento Mons.
