La struttura risale all’XI-XII secolo e mostra le caratteristiche proprie del romanico “minore''.La chiesa non ha orari di apertura ben definiti poichè viene aperta al pubblico in determinate occasioni.
In Piazza dell'Odegitria, a few steps from the majestic Cathedral of San Sabino, stands the small church dedicated to San Giacomo. The structure dates back to the 11th-12th century and shows the characteristics of the Romanesque "minor". The church has no well-defined opening hours as it is open to the public on certain occasions.
