Grazie a Pasquale, abbiamo vissuto (incontrato e interagito con baresi doc) e gustato (focaccia, orecchiette e popizza con cime di rapa, sgagliozzi...) Bari vecchia. Thanks to Pasquale, we have lived (met and interacted with Baresi doc) and tasted (focaccia, orecchiette and popizza with turnip greens, sgagliozzi ...) old Bari. F	Flo H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the paid long tour about Bari including undergrounds and were amazed by Pasquale's profound and in-depth knowledge about Bari's history, as well as about religion, culture and European history in general. He is that passionate about the stories he tells that the only time he is speechless is when he is amazed by something he just explained, says "it's fantastic!", nods his head and silently enjoys the magic of ancient architecture and similar. On top of everything, Pasquale visited typical local places for lunch and coffee with us. We were lucky and had Pasquale just for the two of us, and the tour listed for 3 hours somehow ended up after 6 hours of history, facts, and delicious food. Probably the best tour we ever had. Grazie mille, Pasquale Ruggiero - it was fantastic!! ;-)
