★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fin dal 1100 la chiesa posta in corso Garibaldi, funzionava come ospedale chiamato “Ospedale di San Lazzaro”.
Questa struttura sussiste ancora anche se ha perso la sua funzione di chiesa e trasformata in Auditorium.
L’edificio ha una piccola facciata a capanna e un portale ligneo, recentemente restaurato, che si apre sull'interno a navata unica, con cappelle laterali e un’abside che ospita l’altare scolpito
