Affrescata da Giovanni Canavesio, pittore di Pinerolo, molto attivo nel ponente Ligure, è situata attualmente a fianco al cimitero. In origine, quasi certamente, era utilizzata anche come rifugio per i viandanti in quanto fuori dalla cinta del paese. È visitabile previa prenotazione. It is unmissable! Frescoed with a cycle of frescoes dating back to around 1500, depicting the universal judgment and the passion of Christ. Frescoed by Giovanni Canavesio, painter from Pinerolo, very active in western Liguria, it is currently located next to the cemetery. Originally, almost certainly, it was also used as a refuge for wayfarers as it was outside the town walls. It can be visited by reservation.

Di presunta origine templare, è tuttavia molto interessante per il fatto di essere stata affrescata, all'interno, dal pittore Canavesio, in epoca tardo quattrocentesca. L'insieme è stato recentemente restaurato ed è molto suggestivo. Peccato che sia quasi sempre chiuso e praticamente visitabile solo su appuntamento. Ancient church located adjacent to the cemetery of Pigna. Of presumed Templar origin, it is nevertheless very interesting for the fact that it was frescoed inside by the painter Canavesio, in the late fifteenth century. The whole has been recently restored and is very impressive. Too bad it is almost always closed and practically open to visitors by appointment only.
A	Anna Rita Certo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuori dall'abitato di Pigna questa piccola chiesa è stata affrescata dal pittore Giovani Canavesio dopo la metà del '400 con scene tratte dai vangeli, le stesse che il Canavesio dipingerà qualche anno più tardi nel santuario di Notre Dame des Fontaines a La Brigue in Val Roya. Grazie ad un sapiente restauro ora la cappella e i suoi affreschi sono visibil al pubblico. Outside the town of Pigna this small church was frescoed by the painter Giovani Canavesio after the mid-15th century with scenes from the Gospels, the same ones that Canavesio will paint a few years later in the sanctuary of Notre Dame des Fontaines in La Brigue in Val Roya. Thanks to a skilful restoration, the chapel and its frescoes are now visible to the public.
