★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa guarda verso il lago e presenta il presbiterio rivolto a sud-est. La facciata, offre una piacevole soluzione decorativa: l’austero impianto seicentesco con timpano alla sommità retto da paraste di ordine gigante, entrambi decorati con stucchi, è smorzato da una bifora disegnata da un ricco apparato decorativo in pietra di Sarnico. Dello stesso materiale è il portale a timpano spezzato con il bassorilievo centrale di San Gregorio sormontato dal simbolo IHS. Sul fianco destro si inserisce un porticato, retto da colonne in pietra con archi a tutto sesto, aperto su due lati; sulla parete vi sono i resti di un grande San Cristoforo affrescato nel 1504 che ben si confà alla posizione, in quanto la copertura poteva forse essere un riparo per i viandanti che transitavano dal passo di Zone.
The church looks towards the lake and presents the presbytery facing south-east. The facade offers a pleasant decorative solution: the austere seventeenth-century structure with a tympanum at the top supported by pilasters of giant order, both decorated with stucco, is softened by a mullioned window designed by a rich decorative apparatus in Sarnico stone. Of the same material is the broken tympanum portal with the central bas-relief of San Gregorio surmounted by the IHS symbol. On the right side there is a portico, supported by stone columns with round arches, open on two sides; on the wall there are the remains of a large San Cristoforo frescoed in 1504 which is well suited to the position, as the roof could perhaps have been a shelter for travelers who passed through the Zone pass.
