Small center of Lake Como, Laglio, consists of a part of the lake shore and Torriggia Alta, an ancient part, all in stone, paving, houses, arches, stairways. The church is located in a small square by the lake, there is a small post office and the houses, placed in a semicircle. Beautiful and picturesque. Along Via Regina Teodolinda, beautiful villas from the 1700s / 1800s / Belle epique, with ample parks and small private landing places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notevole complesso ecclesiale; la chiesa, del primo '600, con altissima torre campanaria custodisce notevoli opere barocche, in particolare gli stucchi attribuibili alla scuola di Stefano Salterio, scultore nativo di Laglio e importante esponente della tradizione artistica lariana. Rimarchevole il San Giorgio col Drago in facciata, così come le opere a fresco sulle pareti del presbiterio.
Remarkable ecclesial complex; the church, dating back to the early 1600s, with a very high bell tower houses remarkable Baroque works, in particular the stuccoes attributable to the school of Stefano Salterio, a sculptor born in Laglio and an important exponent of the Larian artistic tradition. Remarkable the San Giorgio with the Dragon on the facade, as well as the fresco works on the walls of the presbytery.
