★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best restaurant experience in Chioggia! The food (and wine!) is absolutely delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when it comes to picking dishes from the menu. Absolutely loved it! Thank you, Osteria Penzo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an evening! If you like fish or seafood, this is the right place for you.
The waiter(the owner I guess) speaks English and is VERY helpful to find the perfect dinner for each person. He also offered to mix different meals on one plate, to be able to taste different things. The waiters take their time to explain the dishes and are very friendly.
The place itself is clean and the dishes tastes great.
The prices are moderate and absolutely ok for the offered quality (ca 8€ for anti pasti and prima piati, ca 12-18€ for secondi piati, 12-20€ for a bottle of wine).
Don't forget to make a reservation though, there are not many tables!
Absolutely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! We left before we even ordered food! We were tourists with a toddler, and right away got the worst treatment, got seated by the toilets, though we wanted to be outside. Weren't approched until we chased down the waitress, and she wasn't even that busy. Had to wait such a long time to make our order, that I had run out of patience and we left. The waitress saw me raise my hand and give her eye contact, but kept ignoring me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The musles were so good. Sweet with a bit of spice. The grilled fish was fantastic. Best I've had. The fish soup was wonderful. I highly recommend this place but make sure to make reservations otherwise you will be turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Osteria is really not good at all. The anti pasti had little taste and the primi (pasta) was tasteless. Very underwhelming. Try somewhere else if you love seafood.
