★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse di questo negozio sono altamente professionali. Mi hanno sostituito un trolley Samsonite acquistato presso altro centro Chic Accent ( Centro Da Vinci - Fiumicino). Mi hanno informato che potevo fare uso del reso entro 15 gg dall'acquisto in caso di difetto di fabbrica. Queste info non sono state fornite ne dalla Samsonite stessa nel dal centro dove ho acquistato il trolley. Complimenti. Mi dispiace che la Samsonite faccia questi errori.
The shop assistants are highly professional. I was replaced by a Samsonite trolley purchased at another Chic Accent center (Da Vinci Center - Fiumicino). They informed me that I could make use of the return within 15 days of purchase in the event of a factory defect. This info was not provided by Samsonite itself in the center where I purchased the trolley. Congratulations. I'm sorry that Samsonite makes these mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volendo acquistare un portafoglio di Armani (tenuto come gli altri in un cassettone) chiedo di poter avere la confezione originale del prodotto, il commesso va in magazzino 30 secondi e ritorna dicendo non l'ho trovata ed essendo da solo nel punto vendita non posso perdere tempo in magazzino per cercarla.
Ovviamente rifiuto il prodotto.
Scusate ma davvero in un vostro punto vendita all'interno di una galleria commerciale potete pensare di vendere un prodotto senza confezione, certificato di originalità e garanzia del bene? Tra l'altro avevo già visto il prodotto e mi ero riservato di fare un giro e pensarci, direi che il minimo per un commesso professionale sarebbe stato accertarsi di avere tutto nell'eventualità del ritorno del cliente per concludere l'acquisto.
Wanting to buy an Armani wallet (kept like the others in a chest of drawers) I ask to have the original packaging of the product, the salesman goes to the warehouse for 30 seconds and returns saying I have not found it and being alone in the store I cannot lose time in stock to look for it.
Obviously I refuse the product.
Sorry but really in your store inside a shopping arcade you can think of selling a product without packaging, certificate of originality and guarantee of the good? Among other things, I had already seen the product and I had reserved to take a tour and think about it, I would say that the minimum for a professional salesman would have been to make sure that you have everything in the event of the customer's return to complete the purchase.

Ho portato la stessa al negozio . dopo un piccolo lasso di tempo con mia soddisfazione è stata sbloccata. Il tutto con un bel sorriso da parte di chi me l'ha restituita. Un grazie particolare di cuore per la vs gentilezza e disponibilità.
I did not remember the combination of my Samsonite suitcase and consequently I could not open it. I took the same to the store. after a small amount of time to my satisfaction it was unlocked. All with a nice smile from whoever gave it back to me. A special heartfelt thanks for your kindness and availability.
